I help people who are ready to take their life back from feelings worthlessness, fear, isolation, relationship conflict, and OCD.

I offer a trauma-informed counseling approach that is dependent on your unique needs. I draw from existential therapy, somatic therapy, inference-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (I-CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and exposure & response prevention (ERP).

Providing you with a safe healing space

Calm Minds Healing Center is located in the Healing Arts Center of the Eastern Shore, where other holistic health service providers are also conveniently located.

The Healing Arts Center offers sound healing, meditation, shamanic drumming, restorative and power yoga, massage therapy, and music instruction. It is also home to Little Green Witch Apothecary, an herbal tea shop.

In-person and remote options

In-person counseling and therapy is offered at our Berlin office, located on 617 Franklin Ave, Suite 19, near downtown Berlin. This is a great option for those closeby in Berlin, Ocean Pines, Bishopville, Selbyville, Ocean City, Snowhill, Salisbury, and surrounding areas (worcester, wicomico, and sussex counties). Telehealth counseling and therapy are also offered to anyone residing all over Maryland.
