Rebecca, LCPC

Hi, I’m Rebecca! I’m a therapist who believes that you deserve to feel important, understood, and cared for. Sometimes it takes the safety of a counseling relationship to feel equipped to take a chance on yourself, to test the waters and to become the person you want to be. Learn more about me.

I am currently only offering virtual appointments on Saturday mornings, starting August 1st.

Specialties

I help people who are ready to regain control of their lives from feelings of worthlessness, fear, isolation, shame, and hypervigilance.

I offer a trauma-informed counseling approach that is dependent on your unique needs. I draw from existential, somatic, and acceptance-and-commitment therapies.
